I love this store and the meat prices are unbelievably low for the quality given. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because some of the employees keep saying Kroger didn't sell this or stock that but the last I checked Kroger left our community and Grant's proudly opened a new store in their name not their competitors I asked numerous times to stock X brand that they carry in all of their other stores and I have yet to see it and in the coffee section they have a coffebeen grinder but no coffee beans and every time I ask if they will stock it I get told Kroger never sold it either but Kroger never even stocked their shelves unless you begged and the way I see it if Grant's employees want to run it like Kroger then Grant's will be filling bankruptcy soon. I was in there yesterday and he got all up into an employee face and wanted to Stream at the employee, the employee just stood there. There’s an older female with glasses on Night Shift as well that acts too high and mighty for her Britches Her and a little girl with glasses that calls her herself a manager talk horrible about dayshift along with the skinny, so-called manager mat. They blame everything on dayshift when you never see them doing anything except wanting to stay on their phones and complain. He eventually did apologize, after several minutes of arguing; but a person in a position of management should know their policies and procedures, as well as knowing how to properly speak to others.
Making assumptions about others from what you can see while sitting in their car is wholly unacceptable, and then having the GALL to say "we usually only bring out for little old ladies" is. WRONG. If you offer curbside, you offer curbside. Learn your policies, and learn how to speak to people.
Walmart pickup and Kroger pickup have never once failed to be polite and...
