I am writing to evaluate a particular Good Guys service call about two months ago , May/June 2025.

The purpose of the service call: To address ongoing reported issues with the heat pump and AC system (ongoing excessive fan noise and AC airflow problems technician tried to address in previous service call). These dated back several months after installation of our system in late summer 2024. And manifest when the system kicked into gear for warming the house in fall/winter.

I want to commend the professionalism, competence, persistence and honesty of the technician we worked with to who came by to try to find a good fix for the cooling air flow, and the noise issues with the ststem.

I appreciate Seth’s (the owner) commitment to fix the problems. And we appreciate the work of excellent Good Guys...

When our 25-year-old gas furnace failed this winter, we decided to consider a heat pump. We had a steep learning curve and got bids from three highly-recommended companies. Good Guys came out on top for us because of their pricing and their deep knowledge of the heat pump technology. The entire installation took two full days, and each of the people who worked in our home were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We ran into some challenges programming the thermostat and the tech support team responded to our requests for help until the problem was solved. We would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a heat pump; the staff were terrific and the system we purchased...

Good guys was awesome. Our heater went out about 5 months ago and we didn’t fix it because the last time someone came out to fix it they replaced the control board and it didn’t work within 2 days. Good guys came out, bought both the control board and gas valve and they could have charged me for both but he started with the gas valve and that was the issue. So he replaced that and everything has been working ever since! He had the part within 2 days and was prompt to come back and fix it. I’m super grateful for them and if I have issues in the future I will be using them....
