The Market — Local services in Snowflake

My parents have a cabin in Heber and we all stopped here to pick up some things for breakfast. The store is well kept and is 5 minutes from their cabin. One of the reasons why I only gave this establishment 2 stars is because the prices are very high. For a half gallon of Dryers Rocky road , it's $6.99! Wow! The other reason for the rating, which is most important is the reception of this market. No one greeted us when we walked in, even though we looked straight at the cashier on duty, no one said thank you when we checked out. Not one word the entire time. Worst part is when I asked my dad why he continues to shop at the establishment he said "it's always like this, you ask a question and they act like they don't hear you." I was so shocked because coming up here especially in my younger years I don't remember experiencing an establishment that demonstrated this type of behavior. I will not be returning and I will recommend the same to all...

Truly A Hidden Gem in Heber! We stopped by this small grocery store expecting to just grab a few essentials, but we were pleasantly surprised by the selection — they had a fair amount of fresh produce, everything we needed for two dinners, and even over-the-counter medication we’d forgotten to bring. The biggest surprise? NY strip steaks! Not only did we find them, but the gentleman working graciously marked them down for us, which was incredibly kind and unexpected. The staff were all super helpful and had a great sense of humor, making the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back next time...
