I ordered two children’s plates for our two children, and my husband and I each ordered an adult size meal. Not only was Kendra told that they were children’s plates, but how did she know which enchiladas to give us if it wasn’t the children’s? The children’s enchiladas were the only ones without a lengthy name. She said my daughter ordered a “combination” plate. Not true. We were all sitting right there. But it’s besides the point, you don’t ever tell the customer that they didn’t do something or that they’re wrong, Kendra. It’s so tacky and unprofessional. The manager Alicia changed our bill back to a child’s price but was just as obnoxious and rude as our server. Her energy was so charged. Right before I left she felt it appropriate to tell me that I made the server cry. No Alicia, the server made herself cry. I simply informed her that we had ordered our children the children’s sizes and wasn’t willing to be manipulated into believing that I was wrong to speak up about that. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also, asked for salt 4 times before we finally got it. Food was overpriced luke warm Tex Mex. And the bathroom is within feet of the eating area with open doors to the toilet. So gross. Bad food, bad hygiene,...

Never again will my family step foot into this place. First off the red salsa tastes like tomato sauce, although the green salsa was better. I ordered a red burrito, took 1 bite and it was disgusting. It had a sweet taste with very little red chilie flavor. I told the server to take it away. I didn't want anything else. I told him I would pay for the chips and salsa, he came back to tell me the manager said I had to pay for the burrito even though I did not eat it. They said they would replace it with another burrito, but by that time I didn't want to try anything else. To my understanding, it's under new ownership. In my 33 years working in the restaurant/bar industry NEVER have I EVER had a place make me pay for food I did not eat. Nor as a manager, would I ever make a guest pay for something they did not like. Bad bad business!!! I rarely ever complain unless its something bad. Not to mention, the green salsa was barely cold & my stomach hurt shortly after eating the chips and salsa. Another one...

Horrible experience. Our waiter was extremely rude, unprofessional and his attention to detail is lacking. He skipped a patron at our table of 7. Came late for refills and ended up getting those wrong. Charged us 20% gratuity for 7, base is 8, which he admitted knowing. When we questioned his over charging us he said "I don't need your attitude, if you don't like it, don't come back". When we again expressed our displeasure of being over charged and asked for our bill to be adjusted, he again said, "I don't need your business, don't come back" It's a holiday weekend and these folks are being shady as hell. Watch your receipts. They charge you for additional baskets of chips and salsa which start out complementary and never tell you about additional or extra charges for items such as sour cream or quacomole. Very diveious business ethics. Think twice before spending your money here. Food isn't that great and...

Great Tex-Mex food in Overgaard is its plenty of parking and the restaurant is next to the telephone booths from the movie Fire in the Sky, that’s kewl. We were promptly seated and our waiter took our drink orders. Chips were crisp and that salsa was on point, we had 4 bowls lol. My friend and the wife shared some type of queso; beef, beans cheese garnish with shredded melted cheese, sliced tomatoes and avocado slices. It was really good. My friend had the Carna Asada rice beans, the steak could’ve been more flavorful and tender. I had the pick 3 combo; 2 crispy tacos in a homemade shell, cheese enchilada with a tasteful red sauce, rice and charro beans. Great choice. Wife had carnitas; tender and juicy pulled porked, outstanding. We would recommend this place.

Muy Bueno! 😋👍 Good food, nice atmosphere, great customer service and clean! (Adding to previous post...) I stopped going there for a while because the only thing I usually get at any Mexican restaurant is cheese enchiladas and their enchilada sauce is horrible. It's made from red bell peppers and pretty much has no flavor. I mean, it doesn't have to be really spicy but at least have some flavor. I wish they would make REAL enchilada sauce from red chilis. But I decided to go back and try something different. I got the Pollo Chipotle dinner and it was amazing! So FULL OF FLAVOR and some spice! On another note, their salsa is great! And the mushroom appetizer thing is so good and garlic-y!

While in town visiting my family, from California, they just had to take me to their favorite Mexican food restaurant. Being from Southern California, I was a bit skeptic. Let me tell you though Casa Ramos, did not disappoint. The Chile Rellenos, which is my go-to when trying new Mexican food restaurants, was delicious! The house margarita was equally yummy but you must try the Beam Me Up Margarita! They have a menu, with many options... a little bit of something for everyone, traditional, sea food, salads, etc. They also have a great selection of top shelf alcohol. The atmosphere is amazingly colorful, warm, and inviting. Very well decorated! The service also did not disappoint.
