He is a crook! Took my truck in to make repairs on a 4000 dollar system. My system sounded great but had a lot of loose connections. That's all! I had to leave my truck there. I would check on it every day. No work was done on it. He kept it for two weeks. During that time, he asked me if I wanted to sell my LCD . It sounded weird. I told him no. He tore my truck apart . Left all my panels loose. Still had bad connections. I insisted I wanted my truck back, which was causing a hardship on me. I use my truck for work. He kept insisting that he was not finished because he had other things to do. He is sneaky he would.text me late and ask me how I am doing. His way of supposedly communicating with the client. I finally insisted that he return my truck. I had to pay him more than.he.had quoted me. He stole my LCD and installed a bad one. Left my speakers unbalanced. Bad connections they turn on and off. I think he even swapped my speakers. They all cracked now. My worst experience ever with this shop. He is a thief beware. Make sure you get a written agreement before you accept his work. And.be prepared to have your vehicle in the shop for two weeks. And.extra.charges. He will text you constantly to show he is communicating with you in case you dispute...

Awesome experience at Deff Earz!!! I had an audio issue on my 2016 Ford Edge, I had no sound for about 3 months. Tired of driving without music, I asked Deff Earz for help. The owner an his technician were very nice and polite since day 1. They took a few a days to fix the issue and get my vehicle back to 100%, but that's only because they really took their time to troubleshoot and find the adequate parts. What I loved the most was that the owner kept me in the loop of every single detail that was being done on my vehicle, he did NOT move forward with any process/step without advising me about prices first. I know for a fact that both (owner and tech) did everything in their power for me not to pay a lot of money to fix my audio. That's professionalism!!! All in all, I believe I paid a fair price, taking in consideration today's economy and the amount of time it took them to troubleshoot. I heard about this place from a friend. I drive a 2019 Subaru WRX and wanted a little bit more when it came to the music. The owner gave me my options and a very reasonable price. He did really good work, everything came out neat and the music is bumpin better than ever. After a year, it stopped working. I thought the subwoofer blew out. When I contacted the owner, he didn’t hesitate to look into the issue. He fixed the issue on the same day and adjusted the settings. I left with my music sounding great again. I recommend this place to all my friends, I wouldn’t trust anyone else...
