Edit: 2025 I went down to 2 stars from a 5 star review because of a recent bad experience. Went in with my family to get a piñata that's Minecraft themed. They only had a Steve which is okay but the lady said we also have a creeper but it has to be ordered so it takes a week and my son said a creeper would be better so we got him that. My husband was with me as well and I put it under my name. She never showed us a picture nor asked us anything else along with it. This is important for later on. So I come back a week later it's Friday and the party is the next day on Saturday. A different older lady is there and I show my receipt and they give me this thing that looks bad ..I actually thought it wasn't mine but it was the only thing she said she had that was green like this ready for pick up. I will post photos of it. I told her if she was sure and she said well I don't know what a creeper looks like but that's the only thing they have that was ordered so I took it and went back home. My husband laughed at first but then we were like it's so bad that we need to call them to let them know if there's anything that could be done. So he calls and lady answers explains what's happening. The lady says she will see who's available in management and some guy calls my husband back. Idk if he's the owner or what but he's from this place and my husband explains that it doesn't look like a creeper and we aren't wanting a replacement since we understand they can't possibly have it ready and tomorrow is the party. But we want to see if anything else could be done. The guy starts rambling on saying well kids sometimes don't mind piñatas when they look goofy..he says that we should have ordered a more detailed version since they do have those services with more money of course. The lady never mentioned those services to us and my husband was trying to tell him that but the man kept talking and wouldn't allow my husband to speak. Finally my husband had enough told him that he keeps talking over him and doesn't allow him to speak and that we will just end up putting it on Google. While my husband was saying this that man would not stop talking. Such a huge disappointment. I work in customer service and this did not have to end like this. He could have listened. We listened to him and his excuses and he kept just talking over my husband whenever he tried to talk. I had to end up taking off some of the black squares and I cut out it's mouth and eyes with black construction paper and it looked decent, minus the huge flat head but it was better than what they gave us. Never going here again. I'll have to look elsewhere now. Replying to their response: First of all I was there on speaker phone when my husband spoke to the lady and he did not speak in any aggressive tone to her. He was simply saying that we wanted to speak to the owners or someone higher up since we didn't like the outcome of the piñata. Secondly the only one who kept talking over my husband was you. It is poor customer service of you who was being so defensive and getting angrier that you never allowed for my husband to even explain further as to what happened when we both went in to buy this. We didn't know their was any other detailed services because they were never offered. You could have handled this situation differently but didn't. I talk to hundreds of people everyday at my work and trust me I never treat them this way. Instead of saying ok send me pictures and let's see what we can do to help, no you went on a tangent and wouldn't allow us to talk. Some of the candy you can get al walmart for way cheaper like the paleta payasos duvali and rockaleta! But im upset about a pinata. They never called me to say it was ready I had to call several times. Also they piñata had no entrance to place the candy and I had to cut it myself and remove the newspaper! I understand he stated that how it had to be built but I asked before putting the order in they could have informed me prior. The piñata looked nothing like I had requested! It was such a horrible mickey design but thankfully my brother fixed it! Also the man I contacted was rude and laughed when I had told him about the piñata like if I was supposed to know. Lots of great candy and it's expensive. Unfortunately, they can really drop the ball. We had purchased a pinata and they promised to deliver it to the event that we couldn't attend. We found out after the event that the pinata was never delivered. We called to inquire about it and were told that they were understaffed and couldn't do the delivery. Why they couldn't call us and tell us that the delivery couldn't be fulfilled with time is beyond me. So, the event ended and we have a pinata that is sitting at their shop. We need our money back.
