We just finished upgrading a 3000 square foot Tenant office space in the Morocco Building in Somerset. Jeff Coleman was great at recommending and quoting with many options, arranging carpet removal, moving the furniture, Installing the Carpet, Tile and Cove Base. He even suggested to have his installer come back after my painter was done to install the cove base so it would help out the painter not needing to paint along the cove base.

His Installer Paul Cramer and his crew were super pleasant to work with and went beyond what he was expected to do. They did a great job and cleaned up. He also worked hours that did not interfere with the tenant staff. Beckie in the office was great from beginning to end, helping to pick out the right carpet and tile and even when what was picked was not in stock, she worked to find alternatives that were as good or better so to keep the project on schedule. Not impressed so far and I’m still in the install process. Personally I think the woman in the office is very pushy, I felt like I was pushed into buying this carpet we are installing. She NEVER even showed me any other carpet, when I specifically said I wanted a certain carpet. I personally feel it doesn’t look like the color I picked out but it’s a losing battle if I call. Secondly, our job had to be pushed to day two, no biggie. The installers get here at 10 when they should have been here at 8, the kicker they have NO CAPRET! The installers from the day before apparently never left it, so now they are in a frantic to find it. The installers were nice, but take a ton of breaks. Save your self the time and go...

I will say that the floors we had done are beautiful. They really did a fantastic job of installing them all & the guys were very friendly. However, my only complaint is thag we have paid them almost $10,000 for all our floors & we also bought flooring that was lifetime guarantee, well suposed to be. We had a hose pop off the toilet in our bathroom & thankfully we were home so we got it cleaned up fairly quick but from the water a couple spots in the floor kind of peeled off, so naturally i stopped in to talk to becky about having it fixed and i was told that the "lifetime" guarantee was no longer valid.
