Took him 8 hrs to help me. Needed to take out my old radio and buy a new one and have it tuned and ready for set up. I took out the old radio myself and installed the new one. But 8 hrs to peak and tune the old and new one? I understand he's the only one working all the time and he's constantly having customers come in and out but don't put your customer on the back burner just because they're gonna do a 10 hr break. He made me lose 8 hrs of sleep for an hour long job. However, he was helping, respectful and very reasonable with pricing. We actually negotiated prices. I appreciate his dedication to the job and how he goes out of his way to help drivers and staying long past normal operating hours. But please SwampDog, don't let me lose 8 hrs of sleep and learn to balance out helping your current customer at hand and others coming in more better. I'm not telling you how to do your job. Just a friendly recommendation. And as I stated, you did a wonderful job. And I will be back. But please, if you're already helping me, don't have me waiting...

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for fixing, cleaning , and peaking my “virgin” cobra 29 classic that I bought about seven years ago. I am so grateful that you were open late when I was coming through Memphis considering I had gone all day without my Cb working properly in my car. I was glad that I was not escort a truck when it decided to go out on me. So now she is prestinely clean, peaked and tuned with a new external chrome speaker, new antenna, and a brand new Astatic mic!!! And the mic was courtesy of the swamp dog! I have dealt with Swamp dog over 15 years. " He's in this business to make a living like everyone else is. He also enjoys his occupation as a cb technician. I've got a Cobra 29 that has a high powered mossfit final and a turbo board in it . I usually get out maximum of 45 miles with it. Has about 65 watts. He also worked on a uniden bearcat 980 which I talked on over 200 miles on skip actually to him same day of service. From Lebanon TN. 840 exit 67 to his shop. It was skip but sounded like he was beside me . He now has my General HP 40 w . Which is a good radio to be peaked and tuned. Guys it's the 4th of July and a busy time for him and everyone else.
