I don’t play as much as some people, but I play as much as a regular guy can afford to. I usually walk 9 holes because that’s what I have time and money for. I’ve played most of the courses in the Central Sierras, and I recently had the pleasure of visiting PML Golf Course for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Upon learning it was my first visit, they gave me a handy booklet detailing all the holes, which was a nice touch. The course is quite hilly, and the staff was surprised I planned to walk it, but it was lovely weather for August and I had no issues. I felt genuinely appreciated from the moment I arrived. The quality of the driving range and course was top notch (reminder I’m not a tour player nor have I played all over the world, so this is just my subjective view). Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it! I’m really looking forward to playing all 18 one day.

This is a gem in the foothills on the way to Yosemite. I have been playing here for 23 years and am still thrilled every time I tee off on the vista that is the number one tee. Mike and the staff have done an excellent job on the course, especially in the winter of 2020 with limited rain. The fairways are very fast and the greens fast but true. They replaced all the carts in 2019 with brand new ones with USB chargers. The snack shack is great with good dogs and sandwiches and hot soup in the winter. Had the clam chowder on Friday and it was fantastic. It's a hilly, challenging par 70 that will test any golfer and absolutely worth a visit from anywhere in Northern California.

I’ve been playing the course since 1976. It is without a doubt in the finest condition i have ever seen it. Stunningly beautiful course!! If you are not hitting straight could get you down a bit because lots of large trees but if you’re long and straight you could go low. A must play!

Jamie the bar keep is very personable, and he makes perfect Cadillac Margarita's.
