I understand we need Laws . But on the other hand I purchased a vehicle from NC has title brand salvage rebuilt . The guy I purchased from has driven car across country put 1000s miles on it . But in Va I have to get normal va state inspection I understand that then fill out application for SALVAGE title mail in all records with extra fees . Wait for Richmond to send there own certified inspector to come out to do another hands on inspection to make sure it's road worthy if all goes well they will mail me a Va Branded title . To me this is nonsense a waste of my time my money and State money .
