This place is absolutely horrible. I purchased a shrooms spore syringe from them 2 minutes after leaving I realized the syringe should have been refrigerated took it back in without opening the young man eli said he didn't know how to do a return and asked me to wait a few days until a manager came in, this was no problem I left the spores with the young man the plan was to come back Wednesday then when I went back to get my refund the manager for some reason wasn't there. This continues for close to 3 weeks! Today I finally make contact with the manager for her to tell me she will not give me my money back she says it doesn't matter that their not storing the cultures properly they still sell! This is when I start looking for a spore syringe I will just have to accept off the counter stock because the manager still would not go in the drawer where her co worker left my receipt and spore syringe, at this point she tries telling me I can't take anything so I guess I was just supposed to take that L! They have multiple locations, I used to live close to their sister shop (wild smoke shop) off 64 which was the only smoke shop I'd go to back then, but since I work on the island now and moved this is where I stop by and it's the only company I trust to have not only everything I need but they have the highest quality of every type of product.
