I have been a customer of Natalie's Fine Jewelry for over 20 years. Emily is not only knowledgeable, but she is also willing to share that knowledge with others. Years ago, Emily taught me how to use a jewelers loop. Becca is wonderful too. I was in the store this morning and Becca cleaned my wedding rings and checked the stones all free of charge. This is more significant to me because they are in the middle of moving to a new location in Saddle Creek Plaza and are extremely busy. Nevertheless, Becca took the time to clean my rings. I took an aquamarine ring to be repaired. Was disappointed with the result. The repair does not blend with the rest of the ring. I was very embarrassed when the owner stated loudly, so other customers could hear, how "these people have been coming here for years and are always very satisfied. To their credit, they did offer to repair again and did not charge me for the repair. I declined the offer. Unfortunately, I did not notice until that evening that my stone has a significant chip out of it, adjacent to the repair that was not there before. The underside of the stone is also chipped. Not very knowledgeable with the Moldavite stone. Brought in my ring to have the stone placed back in only to be told that the quality of my stone was poor and that it would be hard for them to put the stone back in. Was also told that one of my Moldavite ring has bubbles and was indictive of a fake. I contacted both gemologist from Germany and Czech Republic and they slammed this jeweler for her lack of knowledge of this stone. One of the gemologists happens to be an author of a book about moldavite!! I felt like I was blown off because she is moving shops at the moment and just didn't have the time.
