Recently received products from them I never ordered. After waisting my time resolving the issue with PayPal on the issue I was reimbursed. I asked PayPal to forward along a message to them letting them know that I'd be willing to send it back provided they pay shipping because during the dispute process a person claiming to be the owner called threatened to charge me more just for filing the unauthorized use complaint. I figured they really need the money.... I was then called by them not with an apology for the mix up and a thanks for the opportunity to double money off something that all they needed to do was issue a merchandise return label on I was once again accused of being a lying thief and cursed at over the phone by yet another "owner" I then requested online to have my account deleted off the website to avoid any future conflicts with these people and they have yet to do so. I guess one star is a good rating sense I do have free merchandise but unfortunately nothing I would use...

This is the one stop shop for all your arcade needs! They are super professional and they always work with you if something does not seem right with your order or is a part you ordered seems not to work well. Always there with World Class customer service! If you have to ask a question, they listen to you first and never cut you off with still the wrong answer like I have received from other vendors. Updating my review to include an additional star. The company was kind enough reach out to me and explain the high cost of shipping through FedEx is out of their control.

When purchasing make sure to read closely as the total viewed on the PayPal payment page was not the total that ended up being charged. Shipping costs are displayed after you are redirected back to their website...
