The head supervisor in the shipping department is rude and unprofessional having her people hand stack end clients products, hand stack it and not properly secured. When I asked if it could be done properly she flat out said I can restack it myself. Then you bring it to her supervisor who stated that they were told to hand stack it. I inform both her supervisor and her the load was not secured properly.
