
I grew up playing hockey at this rink when it was half the size it is now. It was a great place to skate back then, and it's still a great place to skate today. Today I took my 2 young kids public skating for the first time. Prices are reasonable and there was a open snack bar. It was busy which was expected as its a Sunday and school vacation so lots of parents and kids are home for the holidays. The outside space is great, 2 huge fields for soccer & baseball, also a basketball court at the back parking lot next to the amphitheater. There is a great playground for kids of all ages, and some swings. There's lots of parking, but can get a little tricky when there is more than 1 sport activity happening at the same time.
