3rd time I played there, and it was a bad scene again. The first two times I played I was new to golf and it took time to play. I let every group play through ( which is what youâre supposed to do) the ranger kept coming by and told my group to hurry up, even though we held no one up. The next time we were much faster the ranger fellow did the same thing yet no other groups were behind us, but we complied and said nothing. Thursday, my older uncle and his friends asked me to play, they suggested Little Creek and I told them how they treat people they did not believe. Third hole we got help with finding out ball by the ranger, so consented that maybe I was being hard on a guy doing his job, next hole it started, no body was behind that we could even see, we were playing best ball to move it along, no small talk just keeping it moving, and we were told two more times we were moving too slow. Two of our party didnât finish because they feared they were too slow. These are retired superintendents not hooligans, management should be ashamed. Last time. Now to be fair the grounds were clean and managed the drought is hard on the grounds but thatâs everywhere. Good course for great players , regular fellows are...
Read moreA group of friends and I called on Monday May 23rd for a tee time for 8am on May 29th. We asked if it was okay if we played a 5some, if not it wouldnât be any issue with us. The golf pro on duty told us as long as we played best ball and didnât hold anyone up we were fine. We show up for our tee time, play on pace and not a single person playing behind us. The Golf Ranger on duty harassed me & my friends after hole 6 and told us we werenât allowed to play 5some after we were told by the golf pro we were allowed. For the next 8 holes the golf ranger on duty followed us around and made our experience miserable. I came to play golf not be chaperoned or treated like a prisoner all day long. Will not be spending 30+ dollars at this...
Read moreFirst of all I do really like this course. The last couple years itâs been a great course to play. I played it a couple weeks ago and I noticed that the greens keeper burnt the grass on the greens by applying either too much fertilizer or applying it at the wrong time. Fast forward two weeks and the greens are completely dead.... totally ruined! Very little to no grass at all. Mostly sand. The ball doesnât spin on the green and itâs almost impossible to putt. Itâs virtually unplayable if youâre interested in keeping track of your stats and working on your handicap. It should be free to play at this point. Bummer! I hope they get it back in shape soon. Hopefully they wonât have to shut it down for the winter to get the...
