Whittier Narrows BMX is run by a wonderful family who has many many years of experience in the sport, come on down on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday evening at 5:30pm, rent a bike, a helmet and don't forget to wear long pants and long sleeves. Once you ride the track, you'll never look back.

Read moreWe are new to BMX racing so we went to Whittier Narrows BMX track to check it out. The dirt track itself is average size. The track was kind of choppy which made for some rough patches for riders to go through. It is located in part of the Whittier Narrows Recreational Park which includes several "parks" for various activities. The parking lot is very small but very well lit which is great since there were quite a few kids there. Their schedule is listed online and includes practices and racing.
