Redner's Warehouse Markets — Local services in South Londonderry Township

I went to Redner's today even though I live about a mile away from Weis in Palmyra. I go there to get fresher produce or so I thought. I had so much trouble checking out my produce that the attendant had to help me. I purchased two baking potatoes. I was charged for red potatoes. Lord knows how many. I purchased one small yellow onion and I got charged for 3 lb. What a freaking rip-off. And if that wasn't bad enough I'm cutting up my potatoes and they are rotten in the middle. Now I have to run to Weis to go get more potatoes because I needed to for my recipe, and by the time I got done cutting out the rotten parts I had one. I've come to Redner's plenty of times because they have a great selection. I couldn't even buy hearts of romaine today because they were all browning in the produce section. I don't know why I was surprised that I got ripped off per produce item and had rotten potatoes. Please do better for your customers. I can barely afford to eat let alone get ripped off...

Do not use their ATM.

For the first time ever I was charged a fee for a "balance inquiry". Since one of the options was "view all balances" and i wanted to make sure there was enough money in the account id be withdrawing from, i used that and was charged multiple fees, including to a reserve account linked to the card that has no money and went into negative balance as a result.

There were prompts asking me to accept the fee when withdrawing money, which is normal for most ATMs, but no such promt warning me I would similarly be charged a fee for looking up my balance (which i did twice, once on screen, once on a printed receipt) and then charged for EACH inquiry and for all accounts linked to my ATM card (checking acct, savings acct, reserve acct.), For a total of 6 ATM fee charges for looking up my balance twice.

Very dishonest...

Honestly I ONLY use thier pharmacy. Prices are too high compared to what they used to be. I use thier pharmacy because my old pharmacist works there. My old pharmacy Loheles in Lebanon was sold to Ride Aid and they shut it down. I went to the medicine Shoppe and Ride Aid bought that too and shut it down. I texted my old pharmacist to see where he was working and he works for renders in palmyra so I started going there. I like that I can text him and tell ask him to fill my scripts and they have them ready by the time I get there. ALL of the pharmacy staff there is nice. The only thing I dont like about Redners is the some of the cashiers for the rest of the store. Some aren't quite...
