My experience with Dawn Marie was absolutely amazing. It started with the purchase of my wedding dress. I had been wedding dress shopping for a few months and I was a bit discouraged. As a non-traditional bride, I found extra challenges to finding the right dress. My best friend found Previously Adorned online so I scheduled an appointment with Dawn Marie. She provided the best selection of dresses I had seen. Dawn Marie and her staff doted on me during my visit and I found the perfect dress. Dawn Marie connected me with a wonderful seamstress for the alterations and also assisted in picking out my accessories.

My wedding was smaller, only 65 people attending and four people in the bridal party. I had spoken with Dawn Marie about her wedding planning services, but I was unsure if I needed a wedding planner for such a small wedding. After several discussions with my (then) fiance, we decided to hire Dawn Marie to manage the wedding planning. Dawn Marie is willing to do as much or as little as you need. We scheduled a meeting to go over all of the details. Dawn Marie and I found out that we are kindred spirits when it comes to organization and planning :) Dawn Marie was always available for consultation prior to the wedding and she was very quick to respond. I completely trusted Dawn Marie's opinion and guidance. She is a true wedding expert.

Just when I thought I couldn't appreciate Dawn Marie and her assistance any more, she blew me away the day of the wedding. I did not have to do a single thing. Dawn Marie took over with the set up, planning and coordination. She worked with all of the vendors - the venue, photographer, wedding cake bakery, florist, and band - and managed all of the details and answered all of the questions. During the wedding, Dawn Marie was "stealth" in her approach. Everything got done so efficiently and smoothly, but it's like we didn't even know she was there. If something came up that required my input, she would quickly check in with me. If I needed anything, she was right there. My guests were so impressed and I had many people comment specifically on Dawn Marie and her services.

Most importantly, Dawn Marie made me feel beautiful and supported throughout the whole process - from wedding dress shopping to planning the wedding, to walking down the aisle, to the reception. For me, it was a little daunting being a bride and the center of attention at age 53. Dawn Marie eased all of my fears and was a huge source of comfort throughout the entire process. I found Previously Adorned through a Northeast Ohio Wedding planning page on Facebook. I reached out through email that was found on the website and Dawn Marie contacted me back very quickly. She got me in later that week.

It was my first time dress shopping by myself but she truly helped my inspiration and made sure my feelings on things were heard and she made me feel beautiful.

I was in love with a Rebecca Ingram (by Maggie Sottero) dress and I came in and fell in love with a Maggie Sottero dress. I didn't end up leaving with it because I wasn't planning on purchasing, but I knew that was the one.

Maybe two weeks later, I called Dawn Marie and asked if she was in because I was on my way! She was so excited and I was able to purchase my lovely Maggie dress and she is also helping me with some planning details.

Dawn holds a special place in my heart, her energy is contagious and she just made this whole experience even more...

SUCH a breath of fresh air with Dawn Marie! :) I had been to a number of the big name bridal boutiques, and just felt like another number. They gave me their standard speech and filled out a questionnaire, and didn't even let me select any dresses! Dawn's shop is small, but it's PACKED with amazing options, and she quickly knew what I not only looked good in, but was ME! Her honest, helpful feedback and creativity led me to find my PERFECT dress and has connected me with her seamstress to make some custom changes. I didn't think I would be that bride that 'knew' when she found 'the one'... but it definitely happened!
