Please reprimand your driver who was operating a large corporate style bus #60-5080 (in the Genentech paint job) on 101 South near Brisbane, prior to the Sierra Point Parkway exit, on Tuesday February 20th at ~8:47 am. He or she failed to yield to my small car and simply woke up from their nap and proceed to merge into my lane without warning. The turn signal came on as they started moving right into my lane. Yes, thanks for removing 120 cars from my commute! But what's the point if your driver is not...
