Me and my girlfriend lined up at 7:00am so we could get some of the best green chile in New Mexico. They roast the green chile right in front of you so you know it's as fresh as possible! The chile taste so damn good and it was totally worth going at 7am and standing out in the cold for over an hour. Rosales always has wonderful fresh vegetables and their chili is out of this world. Plus they're very nice people. 2018... I was so disappointed this year, I asked for Hot chili from lemitar, and the chili that I got is not even hot I already had it bagged individually and put it in the freezer before I took them out to eat it and found out it was not even hot.
