Pizza 9 South Valley — Restaurant in New Mexico

Purchased one of their meal deals… came with a 14” pizza, 8 wings, 2 liter and a giant cookie. On the paper at the hotel it said $34.99, when ordering online it was like $4 more… that’s the first issue I have, non-transparent pricing. They said they offer delivery, but it is actually via door dash and they never mention that until you get texts saying your food is showing up.

I also asked for cups, napkins, plates, etc. because I am in a hotel… and the address was clearly a hotel. Guess what, didn’t receive any of it. Luckily I was able to get a few cups from the lobby area but come on… I even asked for it and didn’t get it. Very poor customer service and clearly a company that doesn’t care about its product.

The food was average… no real complaints. It tastes 100% like Pizza Hut. First thing my wife even said was “is this Pizza Hut”… so if that’s not your thing, this place may not be either.

The food was really gross, I paid 63.00 for freezer burn wings . Cold pizzas with 1 pepperoni on it I ordered the cyo pepperoni, mushroom,jalapeno hardly anything but cheese and the other pizza we couldn't even figure out what was on it some artichoke and some other gross tasting idk what. 2 pasta dishes were out of a chef boy rd can meatballs dry no sauce over them and garlic bread was burned . The salad was decent but after I got home and called, the lady Olivia answered and said let me tell my manager after 10 minutes comes back and says bring the wings back and we can replace them. I refused as we live kinda far and I didn't just want to get freezer burned wings again obviously they will be coming from same bag of wings the first ones came from. She said just take a picture and next time you come in we will give 8 wings. But what about everything else, ?I won't be visiting pizza 9 again anytime soon 😔63 dollars and my family couldn't...

Update: Since the review, Pizza 9 responded in kind and they were able to make things right. The pizza was fresh and intact and was delicious. Thank you Pizza 9 for listening to your customers and fixing the problem.

I usually give businesses a second chance before I stop ordering from them. But Pizza 9, get your stuff together. I got my pizza today and it was cold, not hot or warm but cold. Also, I ordered the Tiramassu and it looked like someone put the dessert into the container and shook it. The pizza box was crushed in which rubbed the cheese and toppings off. Pizza 9 has always been superior and have been great. This quality of this food I would expect from little Ceasars but if I'm dropping close to 50.00, Im expecting a lot more from you. This is not to mention, the 40 to 45 minute wait time and they arrived a little more than an hour later. Let's get it...
