Purchased one of their meal deals⦠came with a 14ā pizza, 8 wings, 2 liter and a giant cookie. On the paper at the hotel it said $34.99, when ordering online it was like $4 more⦠thatās the first issue I have, non-transparent pricing. They said they offer delivery, but it is actually via door dash and they never mention that until you get texts saying your food is showing up.
I also asked for cups, napkins, plates, etc. because I am in a hotel⦠and the address was clearly a hotel. Guess what, didnāt receive any of it. Luckily I was able to get a few cups from the lobby area but come on⦠I even asked for it and didnāt get it. Very poor customer service and clearly a company that doesnāt care about its product.
The food was average⦠no real complaints. It tastes 100% like Pizza Hut. First thing my wife even said was āis this Pizza Hutā⦠so if thatās not your thing, this place may not be either.

I usually give businesses a second chance before I stop ordering from them. But Pizza 9, get your stuff together. I got my pizza today and it was cold, not hot or warm but cold. Also, I ordered the Tiramassu and it looked like someone put the dessert into the container and shook it. The pizza box was crushed in which rubbed the cheese and toppings off. Pizza 9 has always been superior and have been great. This quality of this food I would expect from little Ceasars but if I'm dropping close to 50.00, Im expecting a lot more from you. This is not to mention, the 40 to 45 minute wait time and they arrived a little more than an hour later. Let's get it...
