He is never 'grumpy' @Leif Anderson, Wolfgang Ascher, is the most humble man I have ever met, Tyler is literrally very SUNNY. They are like father and son, their bond. They draw their clients in, instantly like family. Wolfgang lost a little of his hearing, you have to speak up, I know it makes him feel sad, but he hasn't a mean disposition at all, does not push people away, instead, he is very open and honest, and sincere. I'm sensitive as hell. I will not go near anyone, or anything, who isn't pleasant. So for me, being here, saying how great the staff in this shop are, it is a testimony, to their benevolence, humility, and personality. For you leaving (@Kevin McClary)negative reviews, how about you go there, and converse with the staff. They ALWAYS take time to explain everything. Their prices are great. Their service supercedes any MB dealer. Yes, they train yearly in Stuttgart, Germany. You invest your money there, it should behoove any of you, to invest a little time as well.

I'm not trying to 'sell' this place to anyone, it really sets me off, when of all people Wolfgang, gets incorrectly mislabled. Everyone else leaving reviews here, I assume know Wolfgang, you two obviously do not. I suggest you get to know him, because then you would retract these two horrid reviews.

I watched a young girl in a store do her job, satisfactorily, perfunct. As soon as the customer left, while within earshot, she started calling the poor girl names. The point is, some of you have, overly great egos. To satisfy it, you mislabel the characteristics humility, shyness; in the most derogatory of manners, of those around you.

Wolfie, Tyler and the crew are GREAT. I drive over 100 miles to get here, because it's worth it. I drive comfortably, with confidence, all over, thanks to this shop. You should see grown men fawning all over the owner Wolfgang. He is humble, friendly, knowledgeable, generous, kind, compassionate. He becomes like family. That's how we see him. They are efficient, friendly and they keep up to date, with training, technology and products. With a shop like this, I am staying with the MB brand. Theirs is service...

Trustworthy, a sense of humor, fast, knowledgeable, well equipped and professional. I brought my 2006 SLK55 AMG to be resurrected from the harm I inflicted during a DIY transmission conductor plate replacement. All went fine until I dumped 8 quarts of transmission fluid into my engine, and in my annoyance put my wheels on back to front. Needless to say, the volume of smoke was ridiculous. They fixed the problem, sorted out some issues they noticed with my transmission job, noticed and rearranged the tires, all at a reasonable cost. My baby is back home and purring!!! This company should change their name to Stuttgart Mercedes...

This is a great place. Everyone is knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Chris took the time to see why I was experiencing problems with my headlights and even though it may still have a problem they have been working great for a week since he looked at it. If there still is a problem he has a plan to try to resolve it. Tyler and Chris are genuine and really nice people (there's another Chris there who also seems very nice) I definitely will be using them from this point forward.
