Yesterday 10/12,on my way home I stopped to order 2 dozen bagels for the adults attending my Grandson's birthday on Sunday. There was only 1 customer ahead of me. After a few minutes of waiting, he was non-stop talking to the girl behind the counter and hadn't placed his order yet. After another several minutes of talking, he asked for another employee and still hasn't placed his order. I am a very patient person but after well over 5 minutes I walked out. I have left positive and 5 stars previously. The bottom line, the girl behind the counter should have told the guy let me take the person behind you that has been waiting or should have gotten someone else to take my order. Not that great of an experience. Ordered some bagels, but they completed the next couple of people after me before getting to my order. They were sold out at that point, so I couldn't get the bagels I ordered. They are newly opened, so they are probably still working out the bugs of how to serve orders/food, but definitely not up to other all star bagels standards yet! Will revisit review rating when I visit next time. Staff were very friendly!

Update: Went here again (Christmas Eve). They are open til 1200 but when we're sold out of all but 2 bagels by 930. Asked if they were making more, and they said they've made plenty of bagels today.
