I am a medical patient who holds a medical cannabis card in the state of Connecticut. They legalized cannabis fully in 2021, and dispensaries only just went live around a year ago and they handled the process of full legalization so horribly that there are only four (about to become five) cultivators to service the entire state on both the medical and recreational side. Their standards of quality are low while their prices are cost-prohibitive even for the average medical patient without taxes.

Thankful to live in a town that is a two minute drive (barely one mile) from Massachusetts eases my mind. I found Dreamer purely at random, and despite the fact it's a bit of a drive(~30 minutes) even the tolls from Ludlow to Westfield on the Mass Pike and cannabis tax still make up for what my medical dispo charges for their second cut flower!

I would like to take this time to give a huge word of gratitude towards the employees and owner/manager of this facility as everyone has been friendly, knowlegeable, and kind! Bozcka (wrong spelling, most likely) is an absolute diamond in the rough, among the more patient dispensary workers! She never pushed me away or got annoyed by questions or concerns. Everyone else there, I'm better with face than I am with names, but I've truly had such positive and amazing experiences with everyone there! The prices are solidly stellar, the facility is immaculately clean, and the employees are the best in the biz, and I've popped into a few shops along this journey to get my medicine in a safer and more affordable way than that of which is offered in Connecticut. Thank you all, and I truly hope you have a cool boss that will see this and recognize you guys!

Full Review: I've been in the cannabis industry for a few years now, but this was my first experience at a dispensary outside of my home state. I had been visiting friends in the area and wanted to try somewhere local while I was in Western Massachusetts. Based on reviews, selection, prices, and the general vibe based on their website, I chose Dreamer, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

First impression was that the store is very clean - both in style/branding and upkeep - yet it was also engaging and stimulating. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. I worked mostly with Sarah, but also chatted briefly with (I believe his name was) Max. Sarah was wonderful; working with a deep menu, she had a very solid command of the products, and was referred to by Max(?) as "the person for rosin," which I had expressed an interest in. And I was not disappointed. We chatted about terpenes, product labeling, and other industry talking points. I also overheard yet another budtender dropping a reasonable amount of cannabinoid/terpene/endocannabinoid knowledge with another customer.

This is a review for the store, but I can't help but mention that the Pineapple Slapper live rosin from Bountiful Farms was fantastic, up there with a really good Pineapple Express or Sour Pineapple. Additionally - though I assume Wiz Khalifa is doing just fine without my input - the Khalifa Kush was excellent as well. Dreamer's in-house drinks - CQ - were also delicious. I had a mix-n-match 4-pack, and all the flavors were great.

While I am the type of person who will want to check out other dispensaries next time I have the chance to make it down to the area, I will be hard-pressed not to default to Dreamer overall. They set the bar high for my experience and for products, so even if I check out other places, I'll likely pop in here each time, both to check in and say hi, but also to get some more live rosin... at the very least. I thought i would only come to this dispensary as a last resort as its 30 minutes from where i live. But ive had 2 really good experiences and with this one now today i think dreamer will be my first choice for a dispensary. I Had a great experience with everyone in here. Every employee was super respectful and polite, and extremely helpful. We all talked about a strain called novarine and we were all saying that we wish there was a way i could give a review on the flower itself on your website but there isn’t (its really good btw, i have a high tolerance and been looking for a strain that would give me that energetic, super focused and smiley high again and i think might have found it but i need a few more days to tell). Also special shot out to Quinton (i think was his name). He was the employee that helped me out 1 on 1 and got me checked out. Dude knows his stuff and was a lot of help and went above and beyond to make sure i knew as much about my flower before i even purchased it. Plus the prices have been worth the drive so far.
