Curv Bella Boutique — Local services in Southfield

A very dissatisfied customer... I was first drawn to your Boutique because it caters to larger plus size curvy women. It was also my birthday and I was invited to a Cabaret.

1. The first impression I received wasn't very warm and inviting. Then the customer service lacked professionalism. The owner greeted us however the employee did not (we were the only customers in the store ).
2. After informing you of what brought me into your establishment, you showed me a jogging suit??? I was attending a Cabaret...then I wasn't showed anything else by you or your employee. My sister ended up finding a sequence jumpsuit. That I fall in love with. However after wearing the garment one time. The sequence unraveled came off and snagged in several places.

I called the next business day to inform you what happened. You told me to bring the garment to you, so I did. However you told me (as if I never purchased sequence before) there was nothing you could do because that's what sequence does . You gave me "no" incentive to come patronize your establishment again. To spend another $100.00 no preventive off next purchase cause there is absolutely nothing you could do. So therefore I will not be returning, nor will I recommend you to anyone.

The products was very organized but every ladies boutiques on that little strip on that block had the same items and basically the same prices I couldn't believe it extremely overpriced in regards to what they pay for it I'm looking for a deal but good products and I did not find it on Coolidge I'm going to the inner city to look for the same merchandise but...
