If i could give it zero stars, I would for sure. Today, my co-workers and I took a field trip here with 45 of our students. Plum Hollow had 4 staff working. We took up more than half the lanes, especially when you add the lanes that our parents purchased. The manager was very very rude (short black guy with glasses, one shoulder higher than the other) He shut off a parent lane and said that it shut it self off...the 5th bowler was only on round 4 😒. I ordered wings/fries for a co-worker and mushrooms/Caesar chicken wrap for myself. 20 minutes later I went to check on it and I see my frozen mushrooms sitting on a counter and wrap not started. The cook (heavier set older lady with glasses) says "I'm by myself." The older black lady just finisished fussing at a parent for asking for a rootbeer, all because she couldn't hear. Then yells she's hard of hearing. Long story short....i wrote this long drug out post to say the staff is very rude, disrespectful, unprepared, lack costumer service skills and professionalism. Waiting on food was like the scene from Zootopia when they went to the DMV and the slooths had to service everyone. Regardless of the closeness, if you want a good time....venture out to something better. Why waist your hard earned money, building the pockets of a business who has not earned it? THINK...
Read moreIf you're looking for integrity, look elsewhere. Plum Hollow/Spins Bowl is an establishment that lacks integrity, common decency and kindness from the top down. The Hollow Honies bowling League bowled here for forty (40) plus years. In March of 2020, covid-19 changed the world. As many other leagues the season ended. When August 2020 arrived restaurants, movie theaters and bowling lanes were still ordered closed by our Governor. The following year, we started our season with only ten teams. Some ladies not ready to bowl yet. With three teams leaving after first night of bowling. Our season ended, because bowling thirty-four weeks with six teams, would not be possible. The manager Carmen, assured us our spot was safe. The Hollow Honies could bowl next season. Without a call or letter to inform us. An employee at Spins bowl/Plum Hollow started another ladies league. Instead of building with our ladies league, we were just ousted. Beware of doing business with such a cowardice establishment. From the top down, we've received no explanation of why this was allowed to happen. Take your business...
Read moreI just spoke to someone stating he was the manager on duty and the way he responded to my questions was in somewhat of a rud manor. This was my 3rd time calling and being told i would get a call back and never did. Being told they no longer hold lanes and i was interested in holding a meet and greet at the location. After doing security at that location for another event I thought it Would be a good spot. I talked to someone by the name of Terry who was very nice and professional and answered as many questions as she could letting me know she would leave my info on the screen as well so now I will Be looking for another location for my girls to enjoy themselves Under new management maybe he needs to sit and have a talk with his staff on how to answer questions and act like you...
