Haunt on Eden — Local services in Southington

Drove an hour to get scared 😱 idk why I do this to myself but it was great and I had fun😄. Thank you!

Good outdoor walk through kinda wish it was longer. Parking was interesting because GPS took us to the front of the Ski place wich had an empty lot that we parked in. It felt sketchy because we thought the place was closed and deserted(talk about setting the mood lol) until we heard music and screaming in the distance so we walked twords it.

Waited in line for almost an hour, but it was worth it. There's was a line outside in the parking lot were characters sometimes apear to scare you. Once you enter the attraction there's a more interactive line with music, lights and themed decorations where you can take photos. Then you enter the walk through where you can't take photos because you need your hands to hold the people you are with and feel your way to uncertainty. It was very dark and hard to see which was great because you can't see whats coming. There aren't many themed rooms and it's more like a maze but I liked that the focus here is to really just to scare you.

They sent us in a small group of like 5 and well after the group in front of us had gone in so we had no clue what was up ahead that was great.They didn't rush us in or rush us through, I think that's what makes the wait long but worth it! The walk through itself was about 5-10 mins. It felt like 10 while we were in there but I think it was like 5 idk I was too busy screaming and creeping to see what waiting for us around the next corner and was still never ready lol.

Where to start, when I tell you this place is a hidden gem, I mean it! I got here there opening night for 2023 and was completely blown away for my first time visit here!

The atmosphere is so good, once you get out of the car your met with music and screams in the distance, not to mention the very large sets off in the distance. Making you second guess, what am I getting myself into.

The actors here are so good, they get up close to give you such a realistic experience. All the twists and turns add to the experience of the actors because they have soooo many opportunities to scare your group, and it’s hard to predict where they will come out of! Some of the best haunt actors I’ve experienced in a haunt! Top notch, great job to the team!

As for the length of the haunt I was blown away how big it was, from the line it seems small but this place is so much bigger than I anticipated! Not to mention this place has only been here 6 years…. 6 years and they have done so much work in that short amount of time.

I can’t wait to see the continued growth here and my only criticism is on myself and that I wish I experienced this haunt sooner!

Great job to all involved, and as a tip, go earlier in the season if you want to have lower wait times and a more personal experience as later in October...

These guys knocked it out of the park for 2024 Haunted Houses! My 9 and 10 year old just absolutely loved it, and I did as well! Great character actors and lots of jump scares. We got there at 6:30 pm and were first in line for the 7 pm tour, and were able to experience a special added feature. The entire ensemble of about 20 grim, ghastly and macabre characters come out and meander through the line of folks as a warm up for the crowd and themselves to begin the Haunted House experience. Chainsaws, demonic music, along with fog and great character costumes and acting made for a special experience. This group worked their butts off to show us the very best time.
