As a 41 year old jiu-jitsu athlete, it is important to me to find a massage therapist that understands how to help me recover from acute and chronic problems. Joe at Fit Life Massage and Wellness has all the elements I look for. He doesn't talk during the massage (he is friendly. I am sure he would talk if you are into that) which is great for me. I want to relax and all but fall asleep. Even without talking I could tell that he is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. He gave just the right amount of pressure where I know that things are being worked out (because it does hurt a little) but I am not going to be to sore to train and workout tomorrow.
