My dog of 13 years had recently passed away and I was having a hard week. I went in to get Valentine's Day meats and some cajun food for Fat Tuesday. When I was in there grabbing something out of the fridge, I accidentally dropped one of the shrimp etouffees. I told them I intended to purchase the broken one as I also run a small business and understand costs. However, she would not let me purchase it. On top of that, she gave my daughter a cookie. I needed that pick-me-up and they were so kind.

WOW!!! So glad they’re finally open. I had a feeling this was going to be an awesome butcher shop but they exceeded my expectations with my first purchase. I came in Friday and got a 2lb pork belly and two of their ribeye/filet/gouda burgers. The cuts of meat were top notch!! Service was 2nd to non! Can’t wait to continue to try new meat cuts from 3 arrows! It doesn’t stop with the meat cuts either. I was eyeballing the local homemade ice creams, gumbos, chx dumplings, and several other delicious meals.

They have an extensive selection of locally and regionally sourced goods, and offer a variety of packages. I've personally had their ground beef, ground elk, lamb leg, bison ribeyes, yellowfin tuna, mahi mahi, filet mignon/ribeye/smoked gouda burgers and brisket/cheddar burgers, rubs, honeys, desserts, peanut butters, and more.
