Horse Creek Boutique — Local services in Spearman

DO NOT SHOP HERE They sold me a top that came utterly destroyed and such low quality for a premium price, and then won't accept a return because their policy is so tight (and around the holidays).

Their QA is either nonexistent or they don't care, and when i reached out with feedback, they just blocked me on everything.

Update: they say the return window was extended, but that is not the case. See attached screenshots.

Update 2: this "business" is leaving me in the lurch on this return and no answering emails.

Update 3 (1/2/25): Filed a complaint with the BBB, got a refund and they refused the return. Now they are lying to the BBB about the timeline and actions taken. What gives! Just own your mistake!

Update 4 (1/7/25): Since calling them out on their lying and misrepresentation, they have now started to slander me to others, including in writing. It's okay, they've lost a loyal customer. I am just warning people about their bad business and return model, and lack of QA when selling clothing at a premium. Perhaps, HCB, if you had done this customer right, I would have had a positive review. 🤷‍♀️ Don't blame me for your actions, folks. I have the receipts and all communication in writing. Thanks for the refund, but unfortunately I can't even donate clothing that is literally falling apart right out of your package.

"Shop small" they say, but then you get this crap....

I ordered a jacket late on 12/30 and the next morning early, the item was posted for 25% off. I immediately replied to the email confirmation asking for price to be adjusted and no reply. Shop was closed until Tuesday so I called and spoke with someone and they stated they would check on it and call back. No return call so I called again on Friday and was told that owner would call me back on Monday. Received call from owner and she stated that there was nothing she could do. I totally like supporting small businesses but will no longer order from them as I have in the past. It was more like they did not want to do anything vs could not. My order had not even been filled when I asked for the credit. I could have cancelled the order at full price and reordered at 25% off but thought they would be better to work with. Absolutely awful customer service-not accommodating to their poor quality items. Received items that were not as described at all. The straight leg jeans were like jeggings and the wide legs were 6 inches too long and couldn’t be buttoned but claimed to be a 31.5 inseam and true to size..NOT!! The tshirt was $30 and so thin and cheap. Biggest waste of money ever! Do not buy from this boutique! Rip off! Sent it all back and they refused to refund me-I had to get store credit that I will...
