I went to this place with my Family around 8:00 pm. As we walked in there's 3 young waitresses standing at outer corner of the register. One waitress was calling out another employee (whom was standing behind the register ) there for some personal work gossip. I ordered the Birria Tacos, Crispy chicken salad, kids quesadilla plate, kids single enchilada plate. Before ordering the kids enchilada plate, I asked the waitress if the green sauce for the kids enchilada was spicy. The waitress said NO. So I ordered it for my Grandaughter. The waitress after a few minutes serves the Kid enchilada plate, so i tasted the sauce to make sure it's not spicy. It was spicy. I then told the waitress that the kid enchilada was spicy , and that if she could please change it to a kid queso chicken enchilada ( which is an option on the kids menu). The waitress takes the plate to the cook, and I could literally hear the woman cook hollering to the waitress that I ordered it and that I have to pay for it. The waitress comes back again with the same plate and tells me that I have to pay for it, and I asked her why do I have to pay for it if you're the one that told me that it wasn't spicy. She said again that I can pay and order something else. By then I told the waitress to place an order for a single queso chicken enchilada. She said ok, it'll be $2.44 . I said that's fine to place the order. Shortly after I'm served the Birria Tacos plate( no sides), but was still charged the full price. Birria Tacos were not good. They were burnt. The consome taste as if it had been re-heated several times through out the day. I tried eating them, just couldn't. I walked to the register with a smile on my face to pay . The waitress that checked me out didn't ask me if Everything was ok, nor did she say Thank you after I paid. After I paid , I looked at the reciept. I was charged $4.22 for a single queso chicken enchilada. Hidden fees is not ethical . This is not the first time that I've been to this restaurant. I've returned a few times hoping the food and service will be better, hasn't improved. I personally think that the Food truck version was better. *I don't recommend this restaurant.Too pricy for not so good customer...
