Zero if I could. We checked the hours and web said 1 pm. Pulled up at 12:50. There was a truck checking out and a lady working in the building. She came to the window and said sorry we're closed. We told her that the website said they were open til 1 and we had rented the trailer and had to return it by 3pm. She said there was nothing she could do. Clearly she was there and all she had to do was weigh us in and let us dump and weigh out. It was just carpet. Would have took us 5 minutes. Instead we scrambled ideas and went 20 miles to nearest home depot and bought one of those WM bags and dumped it in that so we could return the trailer. No idea yet what small fortune it will cost to have that...

I had service with them for 6 yrs. FER salesman called them to find out if my contract was up, which it was, so they sent me a new one for a term of 5yrs. for 100.00 which was 30 dollars less but still 30 more than FER. 4 days after I got the new contract in the mail, but before i could have returned it, they came and got my dumpster, keep in mind i had never even talked to them. at home, now they have not picked up my poly cart in going on 3 wks. and when you call about the only way i could get someone on the phone was to push the button that took you to the lady that handled the late payments. they are all rude and unintrested in anything you say. will never use them for...

They do not close at 1 p.m. they close at 12:30 and will not take any Services after 12:30 but by license and ruling they're closed at 1 o'clock so don't go to this place because not only are they going to add weight to the scales but they're also going to lie to you and do nothing but cause you problems because they don't want certain things in the landfill but they say they accept them until they see what's in it and think that they can't take the stuff and resell it at Mary's swap meet...
