Wish I could give zero stars. Went into store to ask about getting corsa captains call installed. Everything was friendly and they seemed very helpful. Told me to get a serial number off my boat so they could order the right one. Completely understandable but the one on top the motor was worn off. So I went home and looked at side of motor and found it. Called into shop and talked with one of the parts guys and gave him the number. He told me it wasn’t the right number and that I should call corsa directly and order the correct kit as he would not be able to order it. Then to set up installation appointment after I received the kit. Called corsa and the number I had was the correct number and they put together a parts bid for me. Messaged the dealer parts email to set up time to install the parts and was told in very snotty tone that I got a good deal on the parts and I should get the parts installed elsewhere. I explained that the other parts guy at this same store told me to call corsa directly and get correct parts. His response was as of right now only parts ordered here will be installed here. I have all email traffic to back this up if anyone wants it. This place is crooked and unorganized . Called twice to talk to manager and both times put on never ending hold. Happily take my business elsewhere and I recommend...

Stored our boat over the winter. Notified the Service Dept., in writing, three weeks ago that we wanted the boat ready today. We called Monday and Friday this week and were told the Service people would call us back to confirm today. We were told “Will call when the boat is ready.” Waited all Saturday and no call. To repeat, we waited all of Saturday for a call. Radio silence from the Service Dept. so at 4:30 pm we arrive at the Service Dept. and ask if the boat is ready yet. We were told, by a less than helpful Service Dept. employee that “The boat is ready, would you like us to launch it?” Never, ever told we had to ask for the boat to be launched. Ever. We were repeatedly told we would be called when the boat was ready. Wasted the entire day waiting and then when the boat was “launched” and the cover removed, we discovered the interior had not been cleaned and vacuumed as requested. The only reason this is not a one-star review is because of Nigel, who organized a crew to clean out the boat and apologized for the poor communication on the part of the Service Dept. of Parks Marina. My wife and I had a positive experience at Parks Marina. We knew this would probably be our last boat and wanted to do it right. After looking at different brands we came to Parks. Chad Miner was recommended to us, we liked him because he was laid back, no pressure but eager to get what we wanted. That day we quit looking elsewhere and decided we were going buy at Parks. It took several months to find the Boat we wanted because we wanted to explore all options, Chad was very patient and guided us to our new Crownline. After the decision was made, he took us to Marilyn for the paperwork, she was excited and highly informative and fun to talk to. The next step was accessories that we knew nothing about, Chad set us up with Jean who walked us through all the options. We liked her so much we just let her pick out the accessories.
