
If I could give a negative rating I surely would. Purchased Amico Power - DC Inverter Welder - 110/230V Dual Voltage IGBT Welding Machine - 160 AMP Stick Arc from etailz through Amazon. Allegedly with a one year warranty. The machine had a catastrophic failure after the 90 return period and etailz refused to honor the warranty or give me any guidance, . Basically said “ it’s not my problem “ in a terse email response. No suggestions who to contact about warranty or repairs. Contacted Amico directly and to their credit they responded quickly. The rep’s advice was to contact etailz and again and inform her of what they were willing to do or not do to assist me. I sent another email to etailz and included the response from Amico’s rep. They did not even have the courtesy to respond. Amico stated it is up to etailz to resolve this issue since I bought from them. Not a company to be trusted or do business with. I see they are rated at 3 stars and they should rated a minus three. Aside from this post I intend to spread the word far and wide how shabbily I was treated by etailz. After 4 days, the order was cancelled and no attempt to complete the order was made. After only 1 copy/paste response (which was obvious from the text) despite 3 separate attempts to gather more information, I was forced to give up. At no point was I ever offered anything beyond a "sincere apology". There was no attempt to work through the problem together, no offer to get me a better price on what I had desired, no action towards resolving the issue; just perpetuating the problem by ignoring me. As someone who runs a retail chain for a living, I am deeply saddened by this poor excuse for customer service and would hope you all could do much much better. It states shipped but no tracking updates beyond creating a label. Multiple attempts to resolve have led to nothing except 1 automated email about contacting a sales manager. Multiple more attempts to contact and I have heard nothing. This company does not care about you. And who ever the sales manager is that is supposed to resolve my issue who has yet to make any attempts to contact me should be fired as they are obviously completely incompetent and do not care about the customer.
