Best Beauty Lounge — Local services in Spring Valley

This was my first time visiting this business. From the first phone call, I was impressed. I called this morning to request an appointment, the person I spoke with was both friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door with a smile and the gentleman asked if I had an appointment, I stated yes and gave him my name. I was then directed to a chair for my pedicure, I was greeted immediately by Maya, who was to be the person who would do my pedicure as well as my manicure. I was offered a book (menu) of the different pedicures, the prices and what each service entailed. I opted for the least expensive service, which in itself was more than sufficient. It started with Maya putting some kind of florals into the water and told me to just relax. They have very soothing music in the salon as well as a very large TV screen which was showing a VLOG of Asian cooking. Was very relaxing... After the usual polish removal and nail trimming, Maya started to massage my legs and feet. Oh My it was absolutely wonderful, I have been to other salons over the years, this was by far the best I have ever had! She gave new meaning to deep tissue! On to the manicure, my nails were in really bad shape, several were broken and cracked. Maya cleaned them up beautifully, she took her time and put in extra effort to make them look great. After I was all dried, she even massaged my hands and arms. On to my eyebrow wax. Kat is the waxing guru of Best Beauty, she was very pleasant and told me about all the other services that were offered including facials. Will have to try that next time!

I do have to say that there prices are a bit higher than a lot of other places, my total bill was 125.00. But in my opinion was worth every dime. Best Beauty was inviting and relaxing, clearly this is a new store with new equipment however the staff made it even better.

I come here on a regular basis and it’s always 5 star. A gentleman did my pedicure today that I’ve never had do my service before. He didn’t offer me the pedicure book I had to ask, when I chose my service (pedi xology which I’ve gotten plenty of times ) I expected to get everything that is listed, I did not. I requested extra foot massage as well as I’m 9 months pregnant and need it. I did not get the full service and the massage was NOT a massage it was simply him smearing lotion over and over into my leg. I asked to please put more pressure and he did not. The polish job was horrible. As often as I come here and always get great service I am very disappointed that I did not receive the service I asked for. I will be sure to let the owner know not to have this gentleman do my pedicure ever again. Sadly I got a more expensive service today to relax and enjoy and I did not...

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I came in and was greeted immediately. The chic ambiance was definitely a plus! I loved the fluffy pillows placed behind me while I was getting a manicure. I could watch TV and or talk with my friend that they accommodated to sit next to me. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I showed my technician an image off Pinterest of a beautiful black tip manicure with a base of bubble bath. She paid close attention and did the manicure exactly how I asked and with attention to detail and precision. I noticed they didn’t just offer your regular pedicure but also offer multiple options.
