I’ve been seeing Dr. Azimi for my dental care, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional level of care I’ve received. Everyone ate the office was nice. Dr. Azimi was very concerned and checked in twice while the hygienist was working on my crown issue repairing for the Dr.

My issues, though, were these:

The person who discussed pricing with me said that she thought the $79 fee for the initial evaluation could be waived. She did not guarantee it, but my issue was that I was given an expectation and was then disappointed when I went to pay for my procedure and was told very shortly that, “We don’t do that.” The response was a little curt. I would suggest saying nothing and if the fee can be waived, surprise me at the end. Second, Dr. Azimi told me that if the crown broke or came loose, it would be fixed at no charge to me. This is something I should be told upfront rather than having to engage the conversation.

Small issues that can be corrected, to be sure. Aside from that I was happy...
