Corner Market — Local services in Springfield

Little busy corner market. That’s not exactly an insult. It’s at a huge intersection with lots and lots of traffic. The parking lot is minuscule. I mean enough for maybe 8 cars and there are often people getting out of their cars to tell other driver what direction they are moving so there are no accidents. Weird. Diving a Pepsi truck or a trailer to make a delivery? You will be sad.

The store is tiny and cramped with most people buying blunt papers and lotto. If there are more than 6 people in the store it’s very cramped and crowded.

The owner is very very nice and proud to be an immigrant into America , that’s why the place is busy, he is super happy to see everyone, black white or Latino or Arabic. He makes no judgment and wants to be cool with everyone.

Moved here a year ago and have used this store numerous times now. Just met the owner who is very sweet. Yes it's a small place but it's supposed to be. It's a tiny town market; what do you expect? They work hard to serve you. They have a facebook page you can use to keep informed of deals. We are lucky to have them!
