In 2020 we bought a couch, coffee table and recliner. The couch broke 5 months after buying, the coffee table around 6 and the recliner 3 days after we bought it. My husband ran to get the recliner 5 days after I had my baby and we came home from the hospital. I had a C-section, I had to sleep in it for quite awhile so he wanted me to be comfortable. The day after got it something snapped in it. My husband called and they asked if they could have the salesman call him back. They never did. This is the most uncomfortable recliner Iāve ever sat in. My husband hates it I hate it. Over $400 for a broken uncomfortable chair. I sent an email a month later (I was busy taking care of a newborn and healing) and received a snarky response and let me know the chair had a 4 day return policy. Didnāt need the snark. I thought theyād have a longer return policy. Nothing we got made it to six months. The gentleman we dealt with first was super nice and helpful. I took my Mom there. She got a recliner and couch. Her recliner broke a month after she got it. The guy she had wasnāt very nice. They gave her the chair that was the floor model. I didnāt realize that until my husband picked it up, he thought we knew. They didnāt tell us that and we had already gotten rid of her recliner the day he went to pick it up. I feel bad for sending my Mom there and that we all have to deal with broken furniture.

My husband mentioned the recliner was broken when he called. His number was taken for call back, which he never got. He even said heād bring it back in. The email response said 4 days, nothing about a year warranty. Then stated we could be given a discount on a new recliner since ours was sooo uncomfortable. Yes weāve done a lot of business there over the years and everything we got in the last year and my Moms has broken or has issues. They quality and how customers are treated has declined. There was a woman in there upset saying the same things when we were getting our couch. I donāt feel comfortable having a service man come into my home. We have a newborn which some family hasnāt even seen yet due to the pandemic. Someone I donāt know who goes into other peoples homes isnāt coming into mine at this time. When they called me to set-up a delivery time they were rude and acted as if they could care less about my purchase or me as a customer. They literally had an I don't care attitude! Being a single mom who bought two bed room suites I thought they'd appreciate my business. I would not recommend them because they obviously don't appreciate their customers. I'm a military veteran and I can't believe they'd treat anyone this way! They didn't know I'm military but you really should appreciate all your customers!
