Southbrook Healthcare Center — Local services in Springfield

My first impression with this place was when I called it was not good, when I tried to find a person. I was transferred to a nurses station they answered but never came back on the line I hung up, I tried to call a second time. I was NOT impressed with them. I never did get the information I needed. This is the worst place EVER! If you want your love one to complain about being soiled, not being taken to the restroom when they have to go and not when staff wants them to go, nasty incompetent lazy staff that will lie on residents to keep from being disciplined, ant and stink bug infested….put them here! My mother in law's clothing keeps coming up missing.

My husband went in to her being stripped down to bra and panties complaining about being cold.
