In my experience, many of the staff are very rude, does not provide good and timely response, let alone horrible customer service. Let’s talk about the lack of quality work and the lack of academic advising performance. There isn’t any quality in that area at all, no “attention to detail” No one Seems have a clue or worse, they don’t focus on the older online students. The main focus is on the young students, and no one else seems to matter. For the amount of money we pay to attend this private school the service they provide does match our money at all. Let’s talk about some of the Professors. They might have PhD’s but they certainty behave themselves as not having no education at all in the way they communicate with students. Rude, unprofessional. For many of them it’s just a title and nothing more. Students surveys really need to be considered to possibly improve in certain areas that continues to lack in professionalism and “attention to detail.” Please start with the academic advising for the online students. This review is solely based on the library, which is open 24 hours of the day. The library comes with a Starbucks, and four floors providing ample amount of seating.
