U.S Fried Chicken & PIZZA HALAL — Restaurant in Springfield

Story ahead-Ive ordered here before with others, this was my 1st in person visit. Recieved a soggy oily quesadilla but it was late and I was already home so I was not leaving back out. I proceeded to call the next day and politely asked to speak to the manager. The guy who claimed he was the manager was understanding and told me to come back, or so I thought. What he did when I got there was COMPLETELY CHILDISH!!! He stopped his cook from making orders, although people were waiting and proceeded to tell his cook that I said I had better ideas and I could make quesadillas better than him. I was completely taken aback n politely told the cook that was not the case offered again to bring him back the quesadilla and simply asked for a refund. He tells me no he'll give me chicken, I refused and although he was loud he got louder. As a business owner I do you believe that he took this incident personally acting out like a child having a tantrum and wanting all eyes on him 🤣🤣🤣 I chuckled, and took the bag n left! Below is what I received as compensation for an almost $12 quesadilla two small pieces of chicken and some french fries. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I did not take a picture of the quesadilla which I wish I had! A customer who wasnt rude n rachet vs a bruised egocentric manager. SAD! Regardless of culture, religion, sex or race, all paying customers should be treated fairly ergo the low star point. I am so touched by this place, that I got to write this review (deviation from my normal behavior). The other day I was visiting a friend in Springfield college, and was looking for a quick eat around 9:30 pm, when this restaurant popped up in maps. I visited the restaurant, and I instantly could feel the difference - it was sprawling with customers, was packed to the brim even at close to 10 pm on a weekday, and I ordered myself a mixed meal. The owner/managers were so much above and beyond that it's hard to explain - plus, they were serving their freshly prepared smoothie to everyone in the store (note, it was very densely packed!). They even offered free drinks, saying you should have it, brought tissue, ketchup. Wow, I live far from the place, else this would be my go to food joint, everyday! You got to visit this place, and feel for yourself! Delightful experience and high-standard...

A small carry out place. 15 minutes away from six flags agawam.. Very humble & courteous staff. Went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure I got my order right . Although I didn’t mind waiting 10- 15 minutes for my order to get ready which is a Normal wait time but.. the owner offered complimentary smoothie and added extra pieces of chicken!! ordered chicken with rice , lamb & chicken gyro on pita which is something to go back for . Fried chicken was on point, full of flavor.I asked to pack the ready chicken on tray but the owner insisted on serving fresh chicken .. good hearted people!Whenever I will be in the area that is my go to place for sure .
