I contacted Jeff Smith in hopes of recording a Character Demo Reel. I came in with script in hand and Jeff greeted me warmly as he was finishing with another client. As soon as he finished he showed me the vocal booth and walked me through the process. He was very attentive to what I wanted and needed.
