At 5:45, I called and ordered a large pan pepperoni, large thin crust pepperoni, and cheesy bread sticks. I was told 45 min wait. 25 minutes later, I get my pizza delivery....so I thought. I received a large thin crust pork, a large thin crust half cheese, half pepperoni, and breadsticks. I called back to get what I ordered. They apologized and confirmed my order to be sent again. He asked to swap the pizzas, but being hungry, I ate a piece. After waiting 90 minutes and no pizza, I called back. They forgot to deliver?! So he put the manager on the phone. She agreed to send the pizzas I ordered but argued extensively with me that the "breadsticks" were on the order, so she was not going to replace them. NOTHING on my receipt was correct, but she was replacing the pizzas and not the CHEESY BREADSTICKS! I don't get itAgain, she refused to send me CHEESY breadsticks.
This has been my go-to pizza place for years, good service, good deals, and pizza! I only wanted what I ordered. I no people make mistakes, so I wasn't upset about my order being wrong, but I did not receive what I ordered. VERY, Very DISRESPECTFUL. It was their mistake to begin with them INSULT me telling me I had breadsticks on my ticket. She was the manege at this facility. The CHEESY BREADSTICKS weren't coming out of her pocket! Why argue. Give me what I ordered.
Oh yeah, I sent the pizzas and breadsticks back.
So then, I was overcharged $$$ because I didn't get my CHEESY BREADSTICKS!!! I'm going to talk to someone about this disrespectful treatment...

The guy retook my order I paid and tipped him . He said 10 min . I ask if he would step out the door and give it to me . He said he would if he wasn't busy . I had explained what I had been through . He could care less . Mind u there was him and a delivery driver there . I sat for 20 min waiting . I walked in and ask for key to bathroom . He said it was employee only .
