I had an appointment. They over booked themselves rushed my nail job and they were not friendly. This was a Saturday. The next day, my nail polish on my thumb peeled completely off. This was Sunday. Monday after work, I went in to get my nail fixed because I paid $37+ a $10tip for a fill in and I felt that's the least they could do... was once again treated very poorly and I will NEVER recommend anyone to them. The nail tech was good - careful, professional and friendly. The space could use some freshening up, like a deep clean, new artwork, and replacement padding in the massage chairs. They seemed to have plenty of business and could handle more customers if they had more staff. Seems like they could level up and grow the salon, with a little updating and TLC. I'll be back. This place is clean and beautiful! I often travel and NY nail salons are my favorite, so I have pretty high expectations. This salon met and exceeded all of those expectations. It's very clean (unlike another local salon), beautiful, and has upscale touches like really nice chairs and elegant decor. Plus this was a perfect gel pedicure I got and the dip powder mani was nearly perfect as well. My only complaint is $50 for a gel pedi. But otherwise everything was wonderful and I can't...
