Went in to cancel service about an hour before closing. Clerk was nice but not the most helpful. All I got was I had to complete it online or call customer service. (He wasnt wrong here, he just didnt go above and beyond to help, maybe limited on what he can provide).
I told him I tried that as well as the online chat but I couldn't remember my pin nor could I receive a text to verify it was me.
He suggested I go to Marion because his facility doesnt do cancellations but Marion or Ashville can or Corporate. (This is where I was baffled).
