Would be no stars if the option was available. I had a TV antenna installed by AVP and the signal strength became an issue. I contacted them and they recommended a "booster." Trying to purchase local, I bought the booster from them for the price of $119 not including tax. When installing the booster, I went to the product's website (on the box of the product) to ensure I was installing correctly. While on the website I found that the booster's unit price as $26.34 and cheaper if purchasing 6 or more. With shipping the total invoice was $35.44. I then called AVP the next day and asked them about the extreme price difference. The gentleman on the phone said he didn't know about what others were charging. I then told him I'd be returning the product the next day. The product was still in the box and I had the receipt. However, when I went to return the product the representative told me she could only do a $60 credit. I explained to her that this was still double the product's cost from the website. She then said they were a small business and unable to purchase at that price. I explained that I originally purchased the product from them due to them being a small business but paying 4 times the purchase price was unacceptable and I would like to return the product. Went there to have a touch screen radio installed and was told it shouldn’t cost more than 200 with all the cables and everything and was told that I should be able to keep my dvd system and backup camera with a retention harness. 10 minutes later I was told it would cost 450 and my back up camera and dvd system would either have to be replaced or just not have them working and I was stunned. That was not even with the cost of a radio since I had already bought one and just needed it installed. They claimed that the reason I would need a new back up camera installed was because they didn’t make a retention harness for my vehicle. So I left and called Best Buy who told me that that was a complete lie. He said that he has installed many radios in my model of car and there was no reason that I can’t keep my current back up camera and dvd system and it would be half the price if I took it to them. I now have a completely working radio and and was able to keep my backup camera and not replace it and my dvd system works as well. They lied to try to get me to buy a backup camera and wanted to charge double the price of Best Buy even though they said that everyone else would charge way more than them. (Clearly also a lie). Bought a car stereo for my son in August, spent $700 for radio and install. Felt it was overpriced but worth making my son happy. After installing my sons car battery kept draining. They made us wait 4 more weeks tried to fix it they claim. Still draining and in 1 night. So not only can he not drive his new mustang but we are out 700 dollars since they will not refund. It is now November 6 and they have yet to fix it, they did install a Kill switch under the hood so he can at least drive his car!
