About a month ago Avp installed a we-boost on my roof then I called them a week later and ask them for a solution to make better reception and he suggested adding a 10’pole in the roof which would fit in the existing location… so I made an appointment and they canceled last week because it was to hot but rescheduled for today Monday at 9am… the technician called me this morning and said they were not going to do it because it was to high which they have been up there to install the original device then I said all you have to do is what you did before but just put the device on the pole and add extra cable and put back in existing location … he said he is not doing it and hung the phone up… nit only they were rude on hanging the phone up on me but they failed to provide the service they said they will do… I do not recommend anyone to go there and purchase anything fir they are liars and scammers and will rip you off…very...
