Le Nails — Local services in St. George

This was my first and last time ever getting my nails and feet done at this place I’m assuming a guy named Travis did my pedicure. I was charged $50 for a 10 minute pedicure that looks like my five-year-old could’ve done a better job at. He was not very nice when you tried to explain to him that he was doing something that you didn’t want or wanted to be done a different way he had an attitude about it. Then when it was time to do my nails the older lady did them and she rushed she did not take her time to do them the right way they were not even that busy and she also gave me a couple cuts on the side of my fingers where she was filing my nails down. I ended up having to leave and not being satisfied at all with what I had and I let them know that as well and I just got looked at like I was stupid and was handed a card to come...

I have been going here since I was 14!!! Something always happens that causes me or reminds me why I stop… today Travis was upset with a customer who was a little rude… but he began to take it out on me and my pedicure. He rushed… i asked a question he told me to “sit back and let him do this thing” I politely said I just asked a question and felt my foot… and didn’t have to be mean… he rose his voice said “I wasn’t mean” and once again said“sit back let me do this”.. idk why I thought this time would be better… or was I let desperation get me… JUST BECAUSE YOU’VE BEEN HERE 30 years does not mean you don’t need good...

Kathy is great but Travis isn't very good at all. He slaps the polish on in a messy way and relies all on a brush and acetone to clean it up. It looks like a 5 year old did it. Plus his hands look filthy and he doesn't wear gloves. I didn't want him to touch me honestly but Kathy was busy. Then he sits in the back on his phone and leaves my hands in acetone on a mug warmer for like 4 min. I had to ask for him to come look at my nails. He is too rough with the e file and cut/hurt me many times. I'm not going...
