Not a place I would recommend I was asked to get an estimate here from esurance since they don't have local estimators. I got an estimate and a date for drop off. I was told three times I would be called about part status which never happened.Luckily the day before I called because I was told a rental car would not be paid for any part delays and of course they didn't receive everything. I don't blame XTREME autobody for part delays it was the lack of response and basically being told we have plenty of business it wasn't a big deal that my vehicle was delayed he has plenty of business which is absurd for any business to say to the customer that IS delayed. I asked do you have a date when the rest of the parts will be available? The owner or manager I assume said I'll call you back later today with an update so you can change the rental reservation of course I still have not heard back going on 6 days. He may do great work I don't know, but I can tell you he could cares less about his customers. I assume he gets plenty of insurance business and doesn't need to care. Just beware if you have the opportunity go...

Leaving this for my mother in law because she isn't able to type on her own. The repairs went well enough but she got her car back and they had removed the new floor mats and never put them back. We called and they said another lady had gotten them by mistake and she was bringing them back and they would call her within the week. After never receiving a call we called again at the 2 week pt and was told that they were waiting on them and they would have them in a couple of days. Another week went by and we called again and we're told they hadn't forgotten about her but that they had one more person to call about them. Which just seems as though they aren't being 100% honest since we had previously been told that they knew who had them and they were being returned. Not very happy with their work and the cost, my 71 gtx was not starting so they come to tow it, everything is fine at this point. They get the car and I tell them it has a leaking radiator and the fuel gauge not working since I got car 2 years ago. It ran good when I first got it and the fuel gauge was broke so I filled it up as soon as I got the car and no leaking from the fuel tank. Xtreme works on gas tank replacing the sending unit to fix gas gauge, replaces radiator and works on motor to get car running again. 2,500 later, car is done, I pick it up on empty so I head straight for the gas station and noticed my speedometer that used to work now is inop., filled up, as soon as I pulled into my garage it starts smelling of gasoline and I look under my car and gas is just pouring out of the seam in the gas tank. Now my car that has been garages the whole time I've had it and never leaked a drop of gas, is sitting in my driveway leaking gas everywhere.
